![]() With all the DLC/Add-Ons Race07 does end up having an impressive load of content and that's certainly fun to play around with, so if you can get your hands on that for cheap (has been in some indie bundles lately) it's totally worth it. There is no driving school, you can no longer save in the mid of a race and the core content feels a bit basic. Race07 is kind of a disappointment, it's the newest game of them, but it removes some features from previous ones. Edit: You can still mix assists via F1-F6 keys, just not via GUI. One downside is that the game only has fixed difficulty settings, while in the others you can freely mix and match the assist and enemy speed. It's also the only game that has a structured gaming experience with earning money from racing, buying new cars and such. ![]() ![]() Also even so it's the oldest game of them all, I think it has the best graphics, as the car models and cockpits look fantastic. GT Legend is "just" old cars, but I personally really liked that, as they have some more personality then the newer ones. It also has a great mod with Power&Glory that gives you many of the same cars as GT Legend. GTR 2 feels like the most well rounded game, as it features things like a driving school that is missing in the other. GTR 1 is I think mostly obsolete as it has been succeeded by GTR2, but I haven't played it enough to tell.
